SCENIC FLIGHTS

GLIDER FLIGHTS

Enjoy the peace and quiet of a non-motorised glider as you fly alongside the rocky outcrops of Victoria's tallest mountain – Mount Bogong – high above the Kiewa Valley and the town of Mount Beauty. Scenic flights are run by Mount Beauty Gliding Club, a passionate community of glider pilots who welcome visitors to join them in a two-seat glider. The best time of year to fly gliders is from September to April when the air is warm and there are frequent up draughts to be found.
