Mount Beauty Museum
The Kiewa Valley Historical Society's interpretive display in the centre provides visitors with a snap shot of days gone by with a reflection of the Kiewa Valley Hydro scheme including a hydro powered working model.
The displays have many items that show the social history of how the first settlers of the Kiewa Valley and Mount Beauty lived, worked and socialised. The collection includes photographs, books, farming equipment, hospital and technological equipment from the Kiewa Hydro Scheme, oral histories and genealogy records.
